  • Vegetarian pilau or Mujaddara (don’t skip the onions, they are what add flavour)
  • Kachumbari

  • Rice
  • Lentils or Coconut beans
  • Avocado
  • Steamed broccoli or a cucumber salad

Thursday

Friday

Saturday

  • Chapati (flat bread)
  • Ndengu (lentils)
  • Cabbage lightly fried in coconut oil with onions, cumin, and grated carrots
